# 41 The Joy of Lockers

The locker is much more than a confined rectangular box built from metal. It is the first place you and your locker partner meet after the weekend.
It is a place where you know your personal belongings will be kept safe.
After a bad day you know you can take out your anger on it. The best part of all, it doesn't fight back.
Even on the first day of school you build a close bond with it because you decorate it as a miniature version of your room.
It is also the last place you look for something you lost.
On your birthday it changes to a giant birthday card that your friends decorate.
YES the locker is all this in one!           
AWESOME!
